The forex market is known as the foreign exchange market. The basis for the background of the trading in this market is trading that goes with different currencies and take place between two countries. The forex market was established in the early 1970′s (more than 30 years old). The forex market isn’t only based on one business, but it based on selling and trading currencies. The vast trading that occurs on the market is the difference between the forex market and the stock market. There are more than millions trader that are traded daily on the forex and more than one trillion dollar is traded daily. The money traded daily on the forex is much higher than on the stock market in any country. It is one that involve financial institutions, governments, banks and other similar types of institutions from other countries.
What is the difference between the forex and the stock market? The stock markets are only take place within a country, based on product and businesses within a country, set in business hours, and follow the business day and closed on weekends and banking holidays. The forex markets are global worldwide, step further to include any country, and open twenty four hour a day because it involve in selling and buying that are located in many different times zones (As one market is closing, another countries market is opening).
What is traded? Sold and bought on the forex is something that can be turned back to cash fast or easily be liquidated. The availability of cash from one currency to another in the forex is some thing that can fast in any country from any investor.
